Dead Men Strumming are a Grateful Dead infused acoustic cover duo with Dan Weintraub and Corey Ungerbased. Dan and Corey have been playing their music for a combined 85 years (while also going to over 400 Grateful Dead shows between 1979 and 1995). They joined forces in the summer of 2024 and haven't looked back. Dan used to warm up for Tracy Chapmhas recorded with punk rock royalty in Los Angeles on several occasions. He played the Main Stage at Jeezum Crow this past summer, opening the day for Dark Star Orchestra. Corey has played in rock and blues bands in Vermont's Upper Valley for 40 years. We welcome their improvisational and unique sound!
