Our cold-climate grapes are shaped by the valley’s singular growing conditions — bright northern light, mineral-rich soils, and long winter rests that help us craft expressive wines with elegance, restraint, and place.

The shorter growing seasons produce grapes with brighter acidity and fuller aromatics & freshness. Our minimal intervention wines (and ciders) are designed for a wide variety of palettes. Visit our tasting room off Route 7 to find a wine that suites you just right.
