LARGE PARTY POLICY:
Parties of up to 6 people can make a reservation online.
To request a reservation for a group of 7 or more, please email info@shelburnevineyard.com and include your full name, phone number, email address, number of people in your party, the date and time you are hoping to visit, and whether you would prefer to be seated inside our Tasting Room in the upstairs loft, or outdoors on our patio/lawn seating areas (weather allowing).
Please note that for parties of 7 or more, we are not able to split checks. A 20% gratuity will be applied to the total bill.
Groups of 18 or more will be required to rent out our space as a private event.
Many of the Vermont wineries are focused on fruit wines or a combination of fruit and grapes. Bring an open mind and a curious palate, and you’ll find a lot to love when sipping in Vermont wineries.

This self-guided tasting is a great way to familiarize yourself with the wide variety of wines we grow. Choose from 5 curated flight options to try a wide range of Shelburne Vineyard and Iapetus wines, or customize your own flight. Find your new favorite wines to take home from our bottle shop! Pricing includes tax.
Wine by the Glass [ prices vary ]
What could be better than drinking wine with a sprawling view of our McCabe’s Brook Vineyard? We offer a large selection of our wines by the glass for you to enjoy.
Local Provisions [ prices vary ]
Complete your visit with the perfect pairing: local cheeses, charcuterie, jams, cured meats, and locally-made crackers. Ask your server about what pairings we’re loving this week!
Private Educational Tasting
Ideal for wine lovers interested in learning more about wine tasting, growing grapes and making wine in Vermont. These tastings can also be conducted virtually!
Conducted by our Wine and Spirits Education Trust certified staff, your experience will include an expanded, personalized wine tasting plus a charcuterie board with delicious Vermont cheeses, cured meats, fresh bread or local crackers. You’ll also enjoy a tour of our vineyard and winery, with an in-depth discussion about Shelburne Vineyard, and the history and ongoing evolution of Vermont wine country.
Private Educational Tastings are $80 per person, plus an automatic 20% gratuity.
Reservations are required and must be made at least 2 weeks in advance. Looking to Book a Private Educational Tasting for some friends?
Our private educational tasting offering includes:
- A tasting flight for each person, consisting of four 1.5oz. samples of wine and/or cider. You can choose from our menu of curated flights, or pick any four of our wines and/or ciders to create your own custom flight
- A charcuterie board with Vermont-made cheeses, cured meats (these can be replaced with additional cheese for vegetarians), locally-made crackers and preserves, and dried fruit (worth $50 by itself!)
- A dedicated, expert staff member who will guide you through the tasting and pairings, providing deep insight into our wines & ciders and how they are made
- An extended tour of the vineyard, and of the winery whenever possible
Once you have completed your purchase you will receive an e-card (emailed to you) which you can send to your gift recipient(s) to provide them with information on booking their experience with us!
