Vermont flood relief

Despite widespread flooding, our orchard and vineyards managed to weather the storm and fared well in the challenging conditions. However, many in our community have not been as fortunate and have experienced devastating losses. The combination of the late frost in May and the relentless rains has made this spring and summer season particularly difficult for the hardworking agricultural community of Vermont.

We have pledged to donate all proceeds from our Sangria Slushie sales in the Shelburne Vineyard Tasting Room towards flood relief efforts. We also want to encourage our customers and supporters to consider donating directly to the organizations listed below. The agricultural work and farms in our region have endured significant losses, and the road to recovery will undoubtedly be long and challenging. As we witness the widespread impact on farmers, the heart of our community, we stand together in unity, knowing that rebuilding will take time, resources, and unwavering support.

If you can donate, your direct contributions to these organizations will have a profound impact on assisting those affected by the floods. Every donation, no matter the size, will play a crucial role in helping our community on the long road to recovery. Together, we can make a difference and provide much-needed relief and support to those who need it.
