Kate Cartwright | Tasting room and wine club manager

After working as a Marketing Communications Manager in the healthcare IT field for nearly 15 years, Kate decided to make a big change and explore the wonderful beverage & food landscape in Vermont.

After a year of honing her knife skills at a local restaurant, she joined the Beverage Warehouse in Winooski as a wine buyer. She soaked up all the wine knowledge she could over four years at the Beverage Warehouse, and joined our team in September 2019.

She has a deep interest in and love for minimal intervention winegrowing, and is gradually learning how to farm vines & make her own wine. Kate is WSET Level II certified, is mid-way through her Italian Wine Scholar certification, and is our resident Canadian.
