Join Shelburne Vineyard and the Essex Inn on the Adirondack Coast for an evening of food and wine. Begin at 4pm with a wine seminar by Shelburne Vineyard owner, Ken Albert. At 5pm enjoy cocktails and heavy hors d'oeuvres (cash bar). At 6pm, indulge in a four course, gourmet dinner highlighting area farms with carefully selected wine pairings. Menu prepared by Chef Josh Archer.

Hors d'oeuvres: Assorted Artisan Cheeses, Greek Meatballs in a Cayuga White Wine Sauce, and Deviled Duck Eggs
First course: Curried Carrot Soup/Cayuga White
