Dry Whites
Cayuga White,
Crisp and fruity with hints of grapefruit on the nose and palate….BIended with small amounts of Riesling and Chardonnay to produce a well-balanced wine with full mouth feel and a clean, complex finish.
Chardonnay,
With a light, clean, golden hue reminiscent of the coming of Fall, our 100% unoaked Chardonnay reminds us of pure European elegance, balanced with New World fruit. Southeast New England Aapellation
Cote de Champlain,
This intriguing wine made in our small state of the art winery on the shores of Lake Champlain was blended in honor of the 400th anniversary of Samuel (le Champlain's historic voyage of discovery. It contains Cayuga white with small amounts of Riesling and Chardonnay. With hints of tropical fruit the wine finishes with a balance of light sweetness and juicy- fruit acidity. Sip with fine Vermont cheese or pair poultry or fish.
Riesling,
Discover our Riesling.from grapes grown on our Meach Cove site. The 2008 vintage is nearly dry, with a classic aromatic Riesling nose and hints of crispy apple in the taste and a complex finish.

This wine is aging beautifully, tasting with a soft supple and complex finish.
This may be the best Riesling we have made in our 8 vintages to date! We think it's "yummy.

Semi-Dry Whites
Lake View White
Softer than Cayuga White with a touch of sweetness, this wine is a blend of Cayuga, Chardonnay and Louise Swenson. The result is a wonderful sipping wine or the perfect accompaniment to a light supper.

Reds
Cabernet Franc,
Nice complexity. Aged by us in Eureapean oak.Ready to drink now but will age gracefully for a couple more years.
Coach Barn Red, Merlot,
Aged over eight months in European oak, This wine is from grapes harvested on the North Fork of Long Island perhaps the finest red grape growing appellation east of the Rockies. The wine is medium bodied, fills the mouth with hints of cherry and finishes with soft tannins. It is ready to drink now but will also age gracefully for several more years in the bottle.
Marquette. A new Varietal Grown by us here in VT. It's
a super hardy hybrid developed by the Univ of Minnesota that makes an outstanding wine. Barrel aged. Limited quantities.
MEACH COVE RED,
Grown on our Meach Cove Site, this pure vinifera varietal has smooth tasting tannins. Aged 8 months in European oak

Zweigelt Grapes. this is the last vintage for our Zweigelt grapes. It's just a bit too tender for our winters. In the years we get grapes it makes wonderful wines, but it does not happen every year.
