Dry White Wines:
Cayuga White 2006 - 750ml $12.00
Crisp and fruity with hints of citrus in the nose and
the palette. We add small amounts of Riesling and
Chardonnay to produce this balanced wine with full
mouth feel and a complex finish. It is a fine
a ccompaniment to cheese and crackers or to a meal
of chicken or fish.

Semi-Dry White Wines:
Lake View White 2006 - 750ml $11.00
Softer than our Cayuga White, with a hint of
sweetness, and a mineral finish, Lakeview White
contains the Cayuga grape, blended with Louise
Swenson (a super hardy Northern Varietal) and small
amounts of Chardonnay. The result is a wine perfect
for sipping on the porch or before the fire and is the
perfect companion to a light dinner or picnic.

This wonderful grape recently developed by Cornell
(a hybrid of the classic Gewurztraminer) produces a
delightful, spicy wine that is the perfect complement
tospicy Asian dishes. We have been awarded Gold
and Double Gold medals in international
competition for this wine.

Vermont grown grapes are available in

Nocturne 2006 -
Late Harvest Vignoles 375ml $16.00
We crafted this delectable dessert wine from organic
certified grapes grown on our Breeding Barn Site.
We harvest the Vignoles in late October when extreme
ripeness causes the grapes to begin to shrivel and
concentrate their sweetness and flavor..
