Simply put, yoga feels amazing! No matter what your level, each class is an invitation to self-discovery and a step on the road to renewal. We start with a short meditation period giving you time to “arrive”, find center, and act from your core. Your breath becomes your guide, creating inner space and leading you in your own emerging practice. The class focuses on steady flow, physical alignment, and sharpening self-awareness. We build strength and heat through standing poses and core work, playing with balance and locating the vitality within. With backbends and twists, we gently liberate typically tight areas in the shoulders, chest, upper back, and hips. We balance intensity with nurturing, restorative components for a holistic rejuvenating experience. The practice fosters greater self-acceptance, increased mental clarity, and inquiry into areas that need healing. Students walk away with a solid, broader foundation in yoga, regardless of experience. This is a friendly welcoming environment open to all levels of practitioners.
